This week is mental health awareness week and the theme is community. We’re talking about how having people around you can help support you as a sibling.

Your community can be made up of your friends, close family members – mum, dad, brother or sister, your Nan or Grandad, a teacher or faith leader.  Having people to talk to when things are good or tricky, can make us all feel better.

YoungSibs  can also be part of your community where you can find out information about what it feels like to be a sibling.  If you have a question you can send it to us here.
