There are too many carers in my home

It can be hard for siblings when there are lots of carers in the house. Even though it is important that their brothers and sisters get the right care, it can make the house feel less like a home.

Some things you can do if there are lots of carers in your house

1

Ask your parent to tell you who is going to be in the house every week so that you know who will be there.

2

Ask your parent to make sure that the carers do not come into your room or move your stuff.

3

Talk to a parent or teacher if you are feeling worried about the carers in your house.

We have a list on the fridge of when carers are coming so that I know who to expect. It really helps me.
