You’re not alone! Sibling life often comes with many questions – you won’t be the first person with this question and you won’t be the last. If you can’t find your question through the FAQ section, you can try:

• Using the search bar in the top right hand corner of the website.
• Taking a look at our guides for adult siblings – these are about the care and support of your disabled or neurodivergent brother/sister.
• Reading our eBook ‘Self-care for siblings’. It has a range of chapters from feelings and mental health to future worries and having your own life.
• Asking your question on our private Facebook group #Siblife – it’s a supportive space where you’ll be made very welcome.
• Joining a sibling support group and asking your question at an online meeting.
