Siblings and being creative

Siblings and being creative

This month we’re asking siblings how they spend time being creative! We know that drawing, painting, writing or listening to music can really help siblings and is good for their mental health too. Keeping a diary, creating scrapbooks of photographs of fun times or building a model can help siblings to relax and feel peaceful in what can often be a busy world.

Siblings tell us that they are usually the experts in having fun with their brothers and sisters and love spending time with them but it’s important to have quiet time to relax too.

Get in touch and let us know what your tips are for relaxing or following a hobby – do you like building, creating or sketching things? We also have some great ideas for things you can do to help you with looking after your mental health and wellbeing  if you feel that you need a break. Take time out to look after yourself!

Would you like to help other siblings by sharing your own story? Please get in touch.
