Siblings and cerebral palsy

It’s World Cerebral Palsy Day on October 6th 2018. Do you have a brother or sister who has cerebral palsy (or CP for short)? Tell us what you’ve learned about life with a brother or sister who has CP. What do you do to have fun together? You can tell us on our YoungSibs forum.

Cerebral palsy is when someone’s brain has not developed as it should do, so it can’t control the muscles in some parts of the body.  We have lots of information for siblings about cerebral palsy on our website. You can also read some ideas for games and read about some of the different feelings that siblings have.

Get in touch and let us know how you celebrated World Cerebral Palsy day!
