Rethink, the mental health charity, is running a programme of workshops for siblings aged 14-25 whose brothers or sisters are experiencing mental health or emotional difficulties.

They will give siblings:
  • A chance to learn about mental health
  • A chance to meet other siblings
  • A chance to learn about challenging the stigma around mental illness
  • A place to learn how to support your sibling and get support for yourself
  • A safe place to be around people who understand you and your experiences
  • A chance to try new activities
The workshops are free and are being held in London, Southampton, Derbyshire, Bournemouth, Gloucester and Dorchester. They start in November 2011.
