Spot the difference

Purpose
Getting to know each other in a fun way

You will need

A stopwatch

How to do it

Divide the group into Team A and Team B and have them line up facing each other.

Team A gets 2 minutes to observe their partner facing them in Team B. Ask everyone to do this without talking. The teams then turn away from each other. The people in Team B change something about their appearance e.g. take off glasses, remove watch, untie a shoelace, etc.

The two teams then face each other and Team A must spot the differences in their partners in Team B. Go down the line asking each person what they have found different about their partner and ask the partner if they got it right.

The roles are then reversed
