Managing feelings

You may be finding that there are certain feelings you have difficulty coping with as an adult sibling - such as guilt, worry, anger, sadness, low mood, and feeling that you are not in control of your life. Whilst these are feelings that most people have from time to time, a lot of adult siblings tell us that they struggle to deal with these on a regular basis.
