First aid kit

Purpose
Siblings identify their support network and any other things that help when times get tough. Siblings take it home and when the group has ended it is a reminder of what helps

You will need

Paper kit - First aid kit template, pens, decorating materials, sequins, stickers, laminator

Box kit - Baby wipes box, decorating materials

How to do it

Paper kit :Ask siblings to fill in the template with words or pictures any situations (places, people, things, activities) which they need help with, and any ideas of what might help. Laminating the kit will ensure that it remains intact.

Box kit: Siblings can add to this during the course of the group - things like worry dolls, stress balls, list of ideas that help, names and contacts of people who can help or support - hand of support, things that help with feelings - things that help when...
