Feelings walk

Purpose
An active way of exploring feelings

You will need

A bit of space

How to do it

Call out a feeling and the siblings walk around the room in a way that expresses the feeling. After an appropriate interval call out a different feeling. Start off with basic feelings such as happy, angry, proud, sad and progress to subtler feelings as they warm up (depending on the age of your group).

As you progress you may wish to have a discussion about some of the feelings and situations when you might feel them.
